Harry you are truly wonderful, such a delight! Since my first consultation with you I knew you were different than the 'typical' trainers, and that difference is exactly what was needed to take my idea (to get 'in shape') to the ultimate dream (to stay in shape forever and LOVE IT). I've never worked so hard, yet felt so good. Your concepts, your in depth knowledge of the body, and most of all your easy-going attitude has invited this new routine into my life with open arms.
Before you I was weak, and now I know I am strong. And in more ways than just one - knowledge, endurance and last, but not least, confidence has brought me to the best place (and it keeps getting better). After all, investing in my health is one thing you can't put too much in. Harry has been a great boost to my fitness program. Having an early morning appointment gets me out of bed and into the gym more consistently, and having someone there to keep me motivated really helps. Before working out with Harry I consistently had joint pain in my knees and shoulders after my workouts, but after just a few short weeks I was seeing better results, and the pain had disappeared. Most of all, Harry is easy to work with and practices what he preaches. His fitness level, and his story are great motivators for anyone who wants to look and feel better.

If I had to use two words to describe the workouts they would be "Fast" and "Effective." When Harry first started working me out the only thing I thought I was going to accomplish was some weight loss, but I got so much more than I expected. The first thing was instant results - no more waiting weeks and months to see a difference. You see it the very next morning (no kidding - you actually see it). I have been overweight for over thirty years, so I never thought my stomach, legs, thighs and buttocks could become toned without surgery, but I see now that it is a real possibility.
